Time's up
This quiz is based on the most popular stress assessment tool- Perceived Stress Scale.
What is Perceived Stress Scale?
The Perceived Stress Scale is a series of questions to measure a person’s stress levels. It’s a popular way to assess how different scenarios affect our perception of stress and how we feel.
The scale asks us to consider our thoughts and experiences in the past month using questions about our responses to various scenarios. Each question has subtle differences, so try to consider each one individually. You do not need to quantify the number of instances of how you felt but rather determine your best “estimate” of how you responded or felt.
